Wilf’s Accounting Services is a family run public practice that was established to provide Accounting, Book-keeping and Taxation services to a wide range of enterprises.

Wilf’s Accounting Services provides a high level of standard and confidential services in relation to all business and taxation matters including Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Family Trusts, Companies and SMS Funds.

Our services range from Basic Book-keeping, Data Entry, Payroll Processing, Budgeting and Cash-Flows for Bank Facilities, through to full Financial Reporting including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Notes to Accounts and Lodgement of Taxation Returns.

We are experienced in the use of MYOB and Xero Accounting Software and Thomson Reuters Tax Assistant Software.

OUR HISTORY

Wilf’s Accounting services is a proud South Australian family run practice.

The founder Wilf Struchlak commenced his accounting studies in 1968 when he was employed as a Trainee Accountant for a construction company in Berri, South Australia. He deferred his studies for a two year period from July 1969 to July 1971 when he was conscripted for Military Service. Wilf recommenced his Accounting studies in 1972 and after having worked for H & R Block Tax Accountants, decided to set up his own private practice in July 1984.

Wilf ran the business in a part-time capacity from his home in Salisbury and as business expanded he went full-time to an office premises in Wayville and employed his wife Jeanette as Practice Manager. In 1995 the business relocated to offices situated in Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide, and within the next couple of years employed an extra staff member, his daughter Nardia Struchlak as an Administrator. Wilf again relocated offices in 2005 to his home in Mawson Lakes and employed his other two daughters, Ursula as Accountant/Tax Agent and Vanessa as Trainee Accountant.

Since October 2015 the practice has now been located in Innovation House at 50 Mawson Lakes Boulevard, Mawson Lakes.

    Wilf Struchlak founded Wilf’s Accounting Services in 1984. Wilf has been a Member and Fellow of the Institute of Public accountants since 1979, a Registered Tax gent with the Tax Practitioner’s Board 1986 and a Fellow and Chartered Tax adviser of the Taxation Institute of Australia

  • Ursula Johnson

    Director

    Ursula Johnson took over the practice effective 1 July 2018 operating through the Company ALB Professional Services Pty Ltd trading as Wilf’s Accounting Services.

    Ursula graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce in 2007. Ursula has been a Member and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants since 2003 and has been a registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioner’s Board since 2010.

    Prior to her role as Director Ursula has worked as an Accountant and Tax Agent with Wilf’s Accounting Services since 2002.

    Ursula’s previous employment in the private industry involved working in various legal administration, accounting and finance roles in the 10 years before joining the team at Wilf’s Accounting Services.

    Vanessa Manning

    Accountant

    Vanessa joined Wilf’s Accounting Services in 2012 and has completed tertiary studies in Business Management including Accounting and Budgeting.

    Vanessa is proficient in use of MYOB and Thomson Reuters Tax Assistant Software packages including Payroll Processing and completion of Income Tax Returns.

    Nardia commenced her employment as an office Administrator with Wilf's Accounting Services in 1999 after completing her high school studies.

    Nardia’s role involves all aspect of Data Entry, Payroll Processing and handling of Accounts.

    Practice Manager

    Jeanette joined Wilf’s Accounting Services in 1996.

    Jeanette has provided office support to Wilf in full-time capacity for several years including Reception, Customer Relations, Data Entry and Basic Book-keeping for several clients.
